About the role: We are seeking a skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team part-time. This role is perfect for a creative and strategic individual experienced in managing and growing digital content across social platforms. The ideal candidate will have a background in content marketing, social media management, and a track record of creating engaging content that drives brand growth. This position is flexible within standard working hours (9 am – 5 pm), allowing the successful candidate to adapt their schedule as needed. Contractors are also welcomed. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a social media content strategy that aligns with our brand and marketing objectives. Create compelling content, including posts, ad copy, visuals, and longer-form articles, to support campaigns and increase audience engagement. Manage and schedule content across social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram), ensuring consistency in tone and brand message. Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics, providing insights and suggestions to optimise content and engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to support initiatives and integrate social media into broader marketing efforts. Stay current with trends in digital and social media to propose fresh ideas for brand visibility and growth. Qualifications : Proven experience in content strategy and social media management, ideally in a tech or consulting environment. Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create persuasive and informative content tailored to different platforms. Familiarity with tools such as Canva, WIX, or similar content creation software. Experience with paid social media campaigns is an advantage.
