Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for the legal sector? We are recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join a well-established organisation in Hereford. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic legal environment, providing vital support to solicitors and ensuring the smooth running of legal operations.

Employment Type: Full time, Monday-Friday
Salary: Β£25,500 per annum
Hours: 08:30 β 17:30
Holiday: 25 days + Bank Holiday

Key Responsibilities:
- Transcribe, draft, and proofread legal documents
- Prepare and file court forms and legal correspondence
- Organise and maintain legal records using a Practice Management System
- Prepare court bundles and assist with compliance processes
- Arrange client appointments, hearings, and travel for solicitors
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence professionally
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including scanning, filing, and time recording
What Weβre Looking For:
- A degree in Law, History, English, or a related subject (or A-levels in these subjects)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal technology, including transcription software and Dictaphones
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
