We are currently seeking an Arborist Team Leader to join our Ground Maintenance clients. The role is based in Bath and comes with a salary between £32,000 – £38,500.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the contract
- Ensuring efficient planning and execution of tasks
- Responsible for people management, health and safety compliance
- Meeting contract specifications
- Close collaboration with internal teams and clients
- Maintaining smooth operations and achieving high-performance standards
Requirements:
- Level 3 Maintenance (Formally CS 30 / CS 31)
- Level 3 Climb Trees and Perform Aerial Rescue (Formally CS 38)
- Level 2 Operate a Chain Saw from a Rope and Harness (Formally CS 39)
- Level 3 Aerial Tree Rigging (Formally CS 41) is highly desirable
- Proven experience as an Arborist
- A full, clean driving license
- Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures and risk management
- Ability to train, guide, and mentor others in arboricultural techniques
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
