The studio is one of Dubai's renowned design studios, known for its design-led, large-scale mixed-use projects across the Middle East, seeking talented Architects and Project Architects to join their team and relocate to Dubai. This is a unique opportunity to work on prestigious projects in a collaborative and innovative environment, with full visa sponsorship provided. Current projects include a 400,000 sqft mixed-use scheme in the UAE.

The studio is focused on pre-planning, design development, and taking select projects through all stages of design and delivery. The practice offers a non-hierarchical, collaborative culture with a genuine focus on producing high-quality work. Team members enjoy a supportive environment with minimal office politics and an exceptional foundation of Middle Eastern market knowledge. Design is a collective effort, with all team members contributing to the creative process.

You’ll work closely with the design directors and associate team, contributing to early-stage design, competitions, and detailed and schematic design stages (DD/SD). Leadership responsibilities are available for ambitious candidates. You’ll be working alongside an elite team of design architects and in a creative capacity. This is an excellent opportunity to refine management and leadership skills while remaining hands-on with design. Successful candidates will collaborate closely with studio leaders and gain insight into the development and growth of a high-performing design studio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of design projects alongside the team and design director.
  • Progress designs with internal and external team members, maintaining high quality throughout.
  • Produce innovative designs using Rhino, Enscape, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
  • Maintain accurate digital and hard copy files.
  • Take responsibility for workload and deadlines.
Qualifications:
  • ARB/RIBA or EU accredited architect with 1+ years of post-Part III experience.
  • Strong experience in concept and detailed design stages.
  • Large-scale project experience, ideally within EMEA regions.
  • Proficiency in Rhino, with working knowledge of Enscape, Lumion, Revit, and Adobe Suite.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.

You’ll gain the opportunity to work on iconic, large-scale projects in the Middle East, supported by hands-on mentorship from a highly experienced studio leader and associate team. You’ll develop exposure to both the operational and creative aspects of running a design studio, all within a collaborative, team-driven environment that places strong emphasis on design excellence. The studio operates on a 5-day in-office working policy. While prior UAE project experience is not required, a clear ambition to produce high-quality work is essential.
