Class 1 Driver

Rapier Employment is looking for Class 1 drivers to support our well‑known client based in Swindon.

Role Details

Role: Class 1 Driver
Pay: £15.71 – £16.34 per hour
Hours: Start times typically between 05:30 – 06:30 & 16:00 – 17:00
Days: Monday-Thursday
Experience: 12 months licence held (Cat C+E)

Responsibilities

• Making sure the correct amount of parts are loaded onto the vehicle
• Complete 2‑3 runs per day trunking between the Swindon and Oxford site
• Complete vehicle and trailer checks, recording information internally and reporting any defects
• Be able to maintain accurate paperwork/electronic records

Requirements

• Full UK Licence (Cat C+E)
• CP Card
• Digi Card
