Part Time Lettings Negotiator – Burton upon Trent – up to £13 per hour plus commission (Office Based)

My client is a leading, multi branch independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the area for many years and have built up an impressive and reputable business covering the Staffordshire and Derbyshire areas. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Lettings Negotiator to join their branch in Burton upon Trent working Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Lettings Negotiator Role:

You will be working with a successful market leading Estate Agency as a Lettings Negotiator. You will be responsible for registering applicants, managing the database, booking viewings and valuations, taking offers, dealing with incoming enquiries, administration.

Required Skills:

• Previous Lettings or Estate Agency experience
• Customer Service experience
• Strong Admin / IT experience
• A proactive team player.
