My client is looking to recruit an experienced Business Analyst to ensure that IT solutions effectively address business needs for this global manufacturing company based in Crewe. Eligible candidates must have a demonstrable background in Data Analytics and ERP systems in a Manufacturing environment ONLY.

Acting as a bridge between stakeholders and IT teams, the Business Analyst will ensure that business objectives are clearly defined, understood and translated into technical requirements, guiding system development and implementation.

As Business Analyst you will:

  • Have an in-depth understanding of “As-is” business processes with a demonstrable ability to capture and re-engineer to effectively meet requirements.
  • Support the business in change delivery.
  • Identify and analyse business system improvements.
  • Define and document business solution designs that incorporate the to-be business processes.
  • Analyse processes, procedures and customer journeys.
  • Create data driven and customer led proposals.
  • Align business processes with IT systems.

The Business Analyst will possess the following:

  • A demonstrable background in Data Analytics and ERP systems in a Manufacturing environment.
  • A strong understanding of business process improvements.
  • Proven experience of business case creation and business need validation.
  • Experience of project initiation and / or discovery.
