This is a key role in reducing void turnaround times, minimizing rent loss, and ensuring new tenants are welcomed into safe, well-maintained homes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all housing management phases of the voids and lettings process. Working closely with the Allocations Team, Voids Team, and contractors to achieve turnaround targets.
- Conducting pre-inspections, accompanied viewings, and tenancy sign-ups (in-person and virtual).
- Providing information on tenancy rights and responsibilities, property condition standards, and the allocations process.
- Offering a customer-focused, “estate agency” style approach to viewings, promoting the benefits of each property.
- Ensuring accurate record keeping and reporting of lettings activity. Supporting residents with advice on moving, tenancy obligations, and general housing queries.
- Attending evictions and arranging follow-up actions as required.
- Providing excellent customer service and responding to enquiries within agreed timeframes.
