My client is a rapidly growing company selling innovative test equipment for the data storage industry for some of the world’s best known electronics manufacturers. They produce many unique products that are now critical parts of their customers test processes. The company has grown rapidly over the last 5 years, with a strong client base within the USA, China and India.

Note: Interviews are likely to be in January. The clients offices are based in the Cairngorms national park. This role is expected to be based at their offices but hybrid working will be considered as well.

This is an excellent role for candidates who are commercially aware and have an interest in technology and offers regular worldwide travel to work with the clients customers and assist with trade shows.

This is an entry level role, and a great opportunity for you to gain experience working across many business functions including design engineering , production , marketing and client management.

What will you do

  • Reseller and partner support via email online meetings and in person visits
  • Driving communication and information sharing between international regions
  • Attending trade shows, reseller training and other customer events
  • Providing feedback to the R&D teams, to help them focus product development
  • Working with marketing to improve documentation and communication

Qualifications

  • A degree in engineering, IT or business is an advantage but other degree disciplines will be considered.
  • Any experience of  business development, technology, resellers and sales channels, marketing or training again would be a plus.
  • Due to the client's location, a driving license would be an advantage.
