Responsibilities:
- Material Sourcing & Purchasing: Identify and procure essential construction materials, such as aggregates, drainage, concrete, and other supplies.
- Subcontract Sourcing & Purchasing: Source and purchase subcontractor services required for various projects.
- Contract Negotiations: Work closely with suppliers to secure the best value while maintaining quality standards.
- Supplier Performance Monitoring: Continuously assess and monitor supplier performance to ensure reliability and quality.
- Procurement Software: Utilise procurement software to place orders and review invoices.
- Relationship Management: Build, manage, and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers, site teams, and other construction professionals.
