They recently received significant investment and they are looking to continue hiring graduates into various roles throughout the business.
Offices in both London and Birmingham – ideal start dates will be April and May.
What will you do
As a graduate support analyst, you will be working to:- Solve user system problems and resolve customer questions and issues
- Advise users on how to get the most out of the software and systems via phone, email, and other mediums
- Help customers configure the software systems and products that they need to use.
Qualifications
- Achieved a 2:1 or above (or equivalent) at Bachelor’s-level in an analytical degree subject.
- Excellent A-levels, ideally including Maths.
- First-rate problem-solving skills.
- Logical, well-organised, and practical.
- Confident and eager to take on responsibility and the ability to learn new skills quickly.
- The ability to work well as part of a team, seamlessly collaborating with others.
- Computer literate (e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel) and able to pick up new concepts
- Customer-focused with an ability to build professional relationships.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Interest in technology and eager to embark on a career within the software industry.
