QMS-Engineer (Quality Management System Engineer) is a part of the Quality Department at Brompton Bicycle. We aim to guide product design and development to ensure that product compliance is integrated into the NPI-process and ensure continued compliance of our existing product range. To support working processes and procedures we are looking for a QMS-Engineer to support us with the implementation of a robust quality management system and future certification to ISO 9001-Requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Undertake audits across all areas of the business.
- Oversee effective implementation of the Quality Management System.
- Maintain Quality Procedures.
- Analyse current and future procedural needs of the business.
- Provide training and champion the Quality Management System.
- Liaise with other departments, suppliers and other service providers.
- Communicate efficiently throughout the shop floor and with top management.
Education, Skills & Experience
- Relevant Business or manufacturing/engineering degree or similar.
- Experience of working in Quality Assurance.
- Knowledge of Quality Systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001.
- Stakeholder Management Skills.
- Leadership role experience is desirable.
- Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment, collaborate with various other departments within the organisation (e.g.: Reliability, Manufacturing, Engineering, Product Design, Customer Service, etc.).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to analyse large data sets effectively and present appropriately to different levels of stakeholders.
- Financially sound to provide business case and lead risk assessments.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving are essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, ideally in Office 365 environments.
- Experience in interactions with ERP/MRP systems, document control (e.g.: PDM, SAP, SharePoint) and project management tools (e.g.: Wrike, MS Projects) and ADONIS BMS.
