My client, a government body is seeking an experienced Pay and Reward Consultant for an initial 2 month contract based in South West London.

Pay Rate: Up to £400 per day (Inside IR35, Via an umbrella company)

Hybrid: 2 days in the office; remaining days can be worked remotely

Tenure: 2 months+

The successful Pay and Reward Consultant will provide specialist input and advice on pay and reward policies and practices.

Skills Required:

  • Must be trained in GLPC Job Evaluation Scheme
  • Must be trained in the HAY Evaluation Scheme
  • Ability to deal with grading appeals
  • Knowledge of pay gap reporting
  • Knowledge of SAP/ERP Systems/HR Systems
  • Ability to use Excel for interpreting HR management information
