We’re looking for a Solution Consultant / Architect with hands-on expertise in marketing automation, customer journeys, and personalisation. If you have deep experience with enterprise-level marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Adobe Campaign, or Journey Optimisation tools, this role is for you.

The Role
- Design, implement, and optimise marketing automation solutions using tools like Marketo, Adobe Campaign, or similar journey orchestration platforms.
- Develop customer journey workflows, segmentation strategies, and automated campaigns to enhance engagement.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on best practices for marketing automation, personalisation, and data-driven engagement.
- Lead workshops and stakeholder discussions, translating business goals into scalable solutions.
- Support pre-sales and solution design, building strong use cases and presentations.
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms – ideally Marketo, Adobe Campaign, or similar journey orchestration tools.
- Strong solution consulting background, with experience in technical implementation and integration.
- Ability to design and optimise customer journeys, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Experience working with MarTech stacks, CRM systems, and customer data platforms (CDPs).
- Confident in engaging stakeholders, running workshops, and presenting solutions.
