The Role:

These roles are full or part time, you will be responsible for teaching across the primary age.

As a Primary Teacher you will:

• Have previous experience working with Primary age pupils

• Be warm and enthusiastic, with good organisational skills

• Passionate about achieving the best possible outcomes for children

• Be flexible, with a good sense of humour

• Be reflective and always looking to improve your practice

• Be ready to work as part of a team to help every pupil reach their full potential

As the ideal candidate for this role, you should:

• Have QTS or equivalent teaching certification

• Have great communication and interpersonal skills

• Be able to liaise with parents, staff, and students, and maintain a good relationship with all parties

• Be able to execute a high-quality lessons that engages pupils critically

• Monitor, evaluate, and intervene to ensure all pupils are working towards making expected progress

• Possess the ability to inspire and motivate pupils to grow and learn

• Be excellent at providing a differentiated learning experience that ensures all pupils receive the help they require

• Have an updated CV with an enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be willing to get one through I C TALENT.
