Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge? We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join our Severn Beach site.
Essential Ingredients
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment as an administrator or co-ordinator.
- Excellent IT skills including experience of working with various IT systems, Excel and spreadsheets.
- Strong team working ethic.

The Recipe
As the Site Administrator, you will thrive on working in a busy environment and enjoy a varied role, no two days are the same. You'll be a confident communicator and possess good written and verbal skills and able to build strong relationships with our colleagues. You will be highly organised and able to prioritise your workload as you will provide administrative support to the leadership team. You'll be dedicated to supporting the team with all administration tasks such as but not limited to, receptionist duties to supporting with communication and engagement. To be successful in this role, you will be able to work independently, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be self-sufficient and capable of managing their own workload effectively, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

You'll find us a 15-minute drive from the M5 and 10 minutes from Severn bridge if you're heading over the bridge from Wales (Toll Free)! We have 3 state of the art manufacturing plants and Bristol Bakery is the proud home to one of our latest innovations, The Bagel! Bristol manufacture and distribute over 12 different types of bakery products producing over 160,000 units of freshly baked products to delight families across the UK.
