Position Summary

The Director, Strategic Accounts is responsible for assisting growth in Gross Contribution in a group of top Consumer & Industrial Accounts in the Oxford IT & Engineering space and across our European Business.

This position sells all Oxford Staffing and Consulting service lines to all levels of management within each client. This position is also responsible for creating an organizational charts, actionable call lists and so on.

The Director, Strategic Accounts must work well with Oxford Account Managers, Recruiters, Directors and Executives, and have a natural ability to collaborate with corporate department heads in order to ensure we are being a great partner to the Clients and Consultants working at these accounts.

The Role…

Grow our Gross Contribution in the group of accounts monthly, quarterly and annually

Develop organizational charts and actionable call lists for each client assigned

Develop sales strategies and visit cadence with each client to position Oxford’s Staffing & Consulting solutions and capabilities

Put together visit summaries to share with the team to develop and ensure we execute on follow up items

Develop and maintain long term business relationships with both end clients and our consultant network

Address issues and opportunities with each client and escalate as needed

Work collaboratively with all Oxford front office and back-office teams

Direct and support account managers assigned to your portfolio of accounts

Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Prior senior level Staffing / Recruitment Industry experience or consulting services experience is a must have

Prior experience growing accounts outside of an MSP

Prior Sales or Account Management in IT and / or Engineering sectors

Prior strategic Account Management & Business Development experience

Strong interpersonal skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Creative, outgoing, energetic person with proven track record of exceeding goals

Multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Solid analytical and problem solving skills

Knowledge of MS office products

Ability to travel ( 50% )

Language requirements

  • Excellent Oral & Written Communication in English
  • Local European Language(s)
