Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Overseeing large-scale events and activations from idea to reality, inspiring and steering the team to deliver projects on time, on budget, and on point, streamlining processes, managing budgets, and ensuring top-notch quality, negotiating contracts with third-party suppliers to ensure we get the best deals, getting your hands dirty with on-site event delivery (UK and overseas!), evaluating and refining projects post-event to keep raising the bar.
- Client Management: Acting as the primary client contact and relationship-builder, running seamless onboarding and retention strategies, dreaming up and pitching new event concepts that keep clients coming back for more.
- Team & Supplier Management: Leading and mentoring a team of event producers, keeping morale high and skills sharp, overseeing supplier negotiations, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness, keeping communication fluid between all stakeholders.
- Marketing & Business Growth: Spotting and seizing opportunities for new business, collaborating on pitches, proposals, and brand storytelling, making sure our work gets the recognition it deserves.
