Aventra Capital is building the first AI-powered Growth OS to help startups scale from $0 to $100M ARR -- faster, smarter, and without the chaos. We’ve already built the vision, validated the market, and are about to start building our MVP. Now, we’re looking for a Technical Co-Founder to help us scale it into a category-defining AI-driven platform.
This isn’t just a CTO role. This is an opportunity to co-build something truly groundbreaking with the right technical, product, and AI expertise.
Who We’re Looking For- Senior AI, ML, and Data Engineering leader with experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or EdTech.
- Deep knowledge of machine learning, LLMs, AI-powered recommendation engines, and automation.
- Has built and scaled engineering teams in high-growth startups.
- Understands what it takes to move from MVP to a scalable, enterprise-ready platform.
- Thinks like a founder (i.e. sees beyond code and is excited about shaping a company).

What You’ll Do- Own the technical vision & execution of building a scalable, AI-powered platform.
- Architect & develop core AI-driven systems integrating data, automation, and predictive analytics.
- Help hire & lead a world-class engineering team.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO & leadership team aligning business and tech strategy for maximum impact.
- Guide product-market fit from a tech perspective, ensuring our AI delivers real value to founders & VCs.
