The Challenge
We are seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager located in Scotland to drive sales growth and expand our market presence for our brands. This role is perfect for an experienced FMCG sales professional who has the passion for building customer relationships and achieving both distribution and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and distribution plans for the territory.
- Develop strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new customers.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with trade marketing and customer service teams to optimize sales efforts.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to the Regional Managers.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven sales experience in sales of FMCG products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales and distribution targets.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.
