We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Solicitor or Fee Earner to join our client’s team. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of EL/PL/RTA and Personal Injury claimant work using Proclaim case management software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and representation in litigation, negotiations, and mediations for personal injury claims.
- Draft and review legal documents, including court pleadings and proceedings.
- Conduct legal research to support case preparation.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and case progress.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications:
