High street solicitors practice near Dover/Folkestone seeks Family Lawyer to join the growing team. Hybrid working on offer. Joining this 2 office 5 Partner practice near Dover, the successful Family Law Solicitor / CILEX will be dealing with a mix of privately funded Divorce, Children and Finance matters. Some experience with TOLATA, Cohabitation issues and Civil Partnerships would be an advantage.
Candidates will ideally be qualified Solicitors, CILEXs or Case Handlers able to manage a caseload with minimal supervision. Secretarial support is on hand although you should be IT literate and have experience working with Case Management systems.
Working hours can be flexible and some home/remote working is on offer to all fee earning staff (part-time also considered). A great opportunity to join an established team of lawyers which actively promote a healthy and flexible “Work-Life Balance”.
