The Role
As a Procurement Executive, you will support our Procurement Support Team in evaluating the social value elements of bids. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing social value in bids using the Social Value TOM Systemâ„¢ framework.
- Providing best practice advice, training, templates, and tools related to procurement.
- Communicating with stakeholders on evaluation statuses and providing feedback.
- Facilitating internal moderation and review processes.
- Supporting process improvements and technical developments.

About You
You are a proactive self-starter with a keen interest in social value principles. You have:
- Experience in the assessment/evaluation of tenders using various procurement routes.
- A minimum of two years' experience in a public sector procurement or commissioning environment.
- A good working knowledge of current UK procurement processes and legislation.
- Excellent written communication skills and a structured approach to work.
- Proficiency with data and web applications, including the full MS Office suite.
Desirable
- Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
- Experience using online procurement platforms such as ProContract.
- CIPS or other relevant qualifications (or working towards).
