About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and ambitious Employment Solicitor with 2 years+ PQE to join the team. Working directly with the Managing Director, and her team of lawyers and support staff, you will be dealing with existing clients as well as new ones, offering expert, commercially minded legal advice and ensuring that the service levels we provide remain top-class.
Day to Day responsibilities
- Building a good rapport with referrers and clients
- Giving clients confidence to instruct the firm to solve their problems
- Solving employment law problems for individuals - identifying all the potential issues and getting the best legal outcome for your client
- Helping businesses - from start-ups to larger SMEs, solve their day-to-day employment and HR issues and ensuring your clients stay on the right side of the law with up-to-date paperwork and your expert advice at the end of the phone
- Working alongside the team to achieve monthly targets and KPIs
- Growing the Firm's business - working with the rest of the team to develop new opportunities and communicating our message to attract new clients

- Currently a Solicitor of 2 years+ PQE
