We are searching for an experienced Mobile Product Designer to join an exciting FinTech as they work towards some exciting milestones for the coming years. This company is one we have worked closely with, and somewhere we have previously placed designers who love the work and environment.
The Client:
My client is an exciting FinTech that helps hundreds of thousands of customers simplify their finances and eliminate stress! We've previously placed designers in their team who have given excellent feedback about the team and working environment. They are now looking for a new Product Designer.
The Role:
- Designing and refining experiences across all fidelity levels to ensure high quality
- Taking full ownership of the product experience, from discovery and ideation to delivery and iteration
- Conducting iterative testing, with a strong focus on meeting the needs of vulnerable customers
- Aligning design solutions with business objectives by collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Sharing designs and key milestones with peers and stakeholders to gather feedback and drive improvements
- Engaging with and contributing to the broader design community
The Candidate:
- You'll need to be an end to end designer (though less emphasis is needed on user research, as they have a separate research team), who has experience working on native mobile apps.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments, and have experience working within cross-functional teams.
- You have a strong portfolio that highlights your design process, visual expertise, and the impact of your work - with case studies for mobile app.
- You are passionate about inclusive design and ensuring accessibility for all users.
- You have excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
- You excel at working on ambitious projects that involve multiple stakeholders.
