We’re looking for an ambitious, highly personable Customer Experience Executive to join us as we continue building one of the most exciting brands in the wellness space. You must be passionate about health and fitness and ready to be part of a fast-growing start-up. It’s intense, scrappy, and gives you the opportunity to play a key role in shaping something from the ground up.

The Role

Customer service is a top priority at MyoMaster and is one of the key things that sets us apart from competitors. This role is more than just support—it’s about building a thriving community, managing our online presence, and turning customers into lifelong fans.

Your Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver fast, technical support via our CRM and phone
  • Manage customer inquiries across multiple platforms, including email, live chat, and social media
  • Build and engage our community by fostering relationships and responding to customer interactions online
  • Enhance our online reputation by managing customer reviews and feedback
  • Analyze customer insights and share learnings with teams (e.g., marketing, product development)
  • Provide technical expertise on our products and resolve issues quickly
  • Work with Shopify to manage orders, returns, and customer accounts
  • Utilize CRM tools like Gorgias to track, prioritise, and respond to tickets efficiently

  • Strong Communicator – Excellent written and verbal skills to engage with customers online and offline
  • Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using Shopify, Gorgias, GSuite, and CRM ticketing systems

  • Proactive & Fast-Paced – You take initiative and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Customer-Focused Experience – You must have previous experience in customer service or a community-building role
