Leading Liverpool based legal practice is seeking 3 x HDR fee earners to join their fast growing team. The firm has won a number of awards, including for how they train and develop staff, providing an excellent opportunity!

You will be responsible for:
- Managing your own case load of housing disrepair claims, including pre and post-litigated cases.
- Dealing with and drafting various interlocutory applications.
- Liaising with Counsel and providing coherent instructions when necessary.
- Handling complex cases.
- Managing small claims, fast track and multi-track cases.
We are open to considering both qualified solicitors as well as strong fee earners, provided you have the knowledge to succeed in working on complex cases.
