The Graduate Account Manager role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a purpose-driven environment. You will be responsible for managing educational accounts, working with various stakeholders including schools, tutors, and local authorities. The successful Graduate Account Manager will balance relationship building with analytical skills to ensure educational services are delivered to the highest standard.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Creating compelling proposals for new accounts and supporting bid writers in business development
- Building and maintaining relationships with all account stakeholders
- Managing enquiries from schools, tutors, and parents for assigned accounts
- Preparing detailed reports and communicating essential information
- Leading meetings with account contacts and ensuring KPIs are consistently met
- Managing account budgets and funding allocation
- Evaluating and monitoring progress across all accounts
- Developing and updating process documentation
- Recruiting, onboarding, and supporting tutors
- Conducting tutor assessments and providing constructive feedback
- Sourcing and allocating appropriate tutors to contracts
- Supporting tutors with lesson planning and communication
