For the successful Production Operator, our client is offering:
- £11.75 per hour + yearly performance-related bonus scheme
- Day positions - Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 17.15pm - Friday 4.15pm
- Temp to perm role
- Every second Friday nonworking
- Development opportunities within the company
The role - Production Operator:
- Assembly, packaging, and labelling of products
- Quality inspection of finished parts and documenting defects
- Checking and packing finished parts
- Following standard operating procedures
- Working to production targets
What our client is looking for in a Production Operator:
- Dexterity and a strong attention to detail - ESSENTIAL
- Previous experience working to targets on a production line - DESIRED
- Maintain good attendance in role - ESSENTIAL
- Able to stand up working on the line for full shift
- Must be able to pass an assembly test
