Responsibilities:
- Leads the drafting of proposal and contractual language.
- Participates in the proposal and negotiation of agreements utilising approved contract terms and conditions.
- Supports proposal reviews in line with the internal gated process.
- Supports / leads coordination and partnership with other internal functional disciplines, integrating business / finance / programme priorities to create solutions that balance business financial performance and customer relationship management.
- Supports the development and documentation of guidance related to new and updated contractual regulatory requirements.
- Ensures compliance in the performance of contractual and business commitments, company policies, laws and regulations.
Experience required:
- Commercial management experience ideally in an Aerospace/ Defence sector.
- Experience in Contract drafting and providing commercial support for new business campaigns and strategic growth.
- Excellent customer relationship management experience.
- Be able to work with a high degree of independence.
- Have experience working on large scale, high value bids & proposals.
