We are now seeking a Validation and Compliance Technician to join our client on this journey, ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of our breakthrough climate tech solutions.
As a Validation and Compliance Technician, you will be responsible for all on-site testing of our advanced, fuel-flexible power systems. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational performance. This hands-on role will involve working closely with engineering teams to validate system functionality and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Testing & validation
- Plan and execute comprehensive testing procedures to verify system performance and reliability.
- Conduct functional, endurance, and safety tests on electromechanical power systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, implementing corrective actions.
- Health & safety compliance
- Ensure all testing procedures adhere to the latest health and safety regulations.
- Perform risk assessments and implement control measures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies and internal teams to maintain compliance with industry regulations.
- Quality assurance & reporting
- Maintain meticulous records of test results, compliance reports, and validation documentation.
- Work closely with R&D and production teams to refine and enhance system performance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying potential design or process improvements.

Essential skills & experience
- Hands-on experience in testing, troubleshooting, or commissioning mechanical/electromechanical systems.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to industrial testing.

Preferred skills & experience
- Experience in compliance testing for power systems, renewable energy, or related fields.
