Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire an Application Development Manager to drive the seamless integration of cloud-based applications and enterprise systems. Role Overview
As an Application Development Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing integration strategies that ensure smooth interoperability between business-critical applications, including Azure, SharePoint, and ERP systems. You will play a pivotal role in aligning IT solutions with business objectives while maintaining a hands-on approach in a small but dynamic team.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience in IT integration and enterprise application connectivity within cloud-based environments (Azure, SharePoint, etc.).
- Strong understanding of business process automation and IT solution design.
- Hands-on expertise with integration tools (APIs, middleware, ETL processes, automation platforms).
- Experience with NetSuite, CRM, or similar ERP solutions is advantageous.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage IT projects from planning to execution with a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on problem-solving.
