Right Now Group are currently recruiting for a well-established freight forwarder based in Heathrow. We are looking for an experienced Air Freight Import Operator to join our growing team. This role is essential in managing end-to-end import operations, ensuring seamless coordination between partners, carriers, and clients. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Location: Feltham
Hours: Monday-Friday
Salary: £30,000-£36,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange shipments with offices and coordinate customs clearance and final delivery.
- Oversee the end-to-end air freight import process, ensuring efficient and timely shipments.
- Ensure all documentation is accurately completed and complies with customs regulations.
- Liaise with partners, carriers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
- Provide outstanding customer service, keeping clients informed at every stage of the shipping process.
- Keep internal systems updated with shipment details and relevant costs.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity within the company's freight management system.
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and internal company procedures.
