Senior FP&A Manager \\n London (hybrid working) \\n  \\n Are you an experienced finance professional ready to make a real impact? We’re seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and performance reporting at a pivotal time. \\n  \\n The Role\\nYou’ll drive financial transformation, enhance reporting, and support strategic decision-making. Leading a team of two analysts, you’ll deliver insightful financial analysis to ExCo, the Board, and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.\\n  \\n Key Responsibilities\\n \\nLead monthly management reporting for ExCo, Board, and stakeholders.

\\nManage cashflow forecasting and the cost efficiency programme. \\nPartner with Finance Business Partners to drive insightful performance analysis. \\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

\\nDevelop self-service financial reporting, leveraging Power BI. \\nEngage with senior stakeholders, providing clear financial narratives. \\nContinuously improve financial processes and reporting systems.

What We’re Looking For\\n \\nCIMA/ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent). \\nStrong experience in FP&A, performance reporting, and financial planning. \\nProven ability to engage and influence at Executive and Board level.

\\nExcellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills. \\nProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI (SAP FPT experience desirable). Salary: £80,000 – £100,000 (depending on experience) \\n  \\n If you're ready to make a strategic impact, apply today
