Our London based Fintech client is expanding their Customer Success team and need experienced Customer Success Managers to join their team. You'd be managing a portfolio of key customers to ensure they get the best out of the tech platform, while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
They have a high-growth & high-performance team and need candidates with the following experience:
- Management of a portfolio of clients
- Software upselling/cross-selling
- Financial Services experience ideally
- Strong client-facing skills and ability to present
- 5+ years' experience in a Customer Success position
