New Era, the world's leading headwear company, is looking for a Marketing Design intern to work at our European HQ in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a design team delivering Social, Web and Retail content for seasonal product launches. In this role, you will follow and contribute to the full product creation process from idea development to final design delivery. The ideal candidate will be a student or recent graduate who is a self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and work hard in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity to experience what it’s like being part of an in-house design team at a global retail brand.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Assist the design team with a range of web and print projects.
  • Create posts for social media campaigns.
  • Create artwork for retail environments and internal sales meetings.
  • Work on campaign artwork to support key seasonal launches.
  • Work within the creative team on changes that need to be made to existing assets.
  • Photograph products for use in campaigns and social posts.

Skills

  • Have a good understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud Software, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Knowledge of video editing software, animation, and video editing is also a plus.
  • Fast learner with strong organizational skills.
  • Can-do attitude with enthusiasm and strong work ethic.
  • Interest and knowledge of New Era products and streetwear.
  • An understanding of photography equipment.
