Catalyst Partners are working with a leading global investment bank to find a talented Recruiter. This firm specialises in M&A and private capital advisory services, helping clients worldwide unlock value and achieve ambitious goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Define recruitment needs and create job descriptions tailored to specific European markets.
  • Source Candidates: Utilise job boards, social media, networking, and industry-specific platforms to find candidates from various European countries.
  • Evaluate Candidates: Assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with regional requirements and company standards.
  • Manage Recruitment Process: Oversee the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Communicate Effectively: Articulate thoughts clearly to teammates and clients.

Desired Competencies, Education, and Experience

  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with ATS (Workday or iCIMS preferred).
  • Strong scheduling, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in the U.K. without sponsorship.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related experience in professional recruiting or talent management.
