This firm specialises in M&A and private capital advisory services, helping clients worldwide unlock value and achieve ambitious goals. With over 30 years of experience, they are known for their strategic thinking, precise execution, and premium outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Define recruitment needs and create job descriptions tailored to specific European markets.
- Source Candidates: Utilise job boards, social media, networking, and industry-specific platforms to find candidates from various European countries.
- Evaluate Candidates: Assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with regional requirements and company standards.
- Manage Recruitment Process: Oversee the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Communicate Effectively: Articulate thoughts clearly to teammates and clients.
Desired Competencies, Education, and Experience
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ATS (Workday or iCIMS preferred).
- Strong scheduling, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in the U.K. without sponsorship.
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related experience in professional recruiting or talent management.
