A leading city law firm are now seeking an experienced Legal PA to support their reputable Real Estate team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious firm that offers a dynamic and collaborative working environment. This is a senior role within the team, therefore the successful Legal PA will need extensive experience as a Legal PA within a real estate practice area. Hybrid working (2 days a week working from home).
Key responsibilities:
- Providing full PA and secretarial support to partners and senior fee earners.
- Managing complex diaries, inbox management, scheduling meetings, and handling any travel arrangements.
- Preparing, amending, and formatting legal documents and correspondence.
- Handling client communications professionally and efficiently.
- Managing billing processes, including time recording and invoice preparation.
- Conducting Land Registry searches.
- Assisting with document management, filing, and archiving.
- Deeds management.
- Processing expenses.
- Supporting business development initiatives.
- Assisting with administrative tasks, including opening and closing files.
Key skills and experience:
