Legal Cashier Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily banking functions, performing bank reconciliations, processing transactions, allocating payments, and making transfers
- Update and maintain the accounting system, ensuring all customer data is accurate and up-to-date
- Handle and process accounting transactions, including journal postings to the general ledger
- Ensure accurate allocations by undertaking various reconciliations
- Support credit control duties, ensuring no outstanding monies are owed prior to closing customer accounts
- Raise invoices for customers and legal aid
- Maintain billing and reporting Excel spreadsheets
