You’ll be collaborating with external consultants and internal stakeholders to oversee the implementation of regulatory projects, system reviews and streamlining ways of working.

The Role
This is an exciting time of growth for us, and we are hiring a HR Project Lead to help us continue this success. This is a great opportunity to develop a varied and rewarding career with a company that invests in, recognises and rewards its people.
Reporting to the Head of HR, this role will be responsible for implementing processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and you will also:
- Implement and embed the key changes needed to be in line with FCA legislation when moving to an enhanced firm, preparing and submitting the relevant documentation to the FCA, keeping stakeholders informed of progress on the project.
- Review HR systems (HRIS, ATS and LMS) researching other options to reduce administration and increase automation.
- Review future business and HR Strategies to identify the optimal HR operating model.
- Work with the HR team to review current benefits, ensuring that they are flexible and targeted.

To be successful as our HR Project Lead, you’ll have the ability to interpret strategies and implement meaningful changes, lead projects and ensure that any operational efficiencies are embedded.
- You have the ability to analyse and interpret data to produce actionable insights.
- You are able to collaborate with stakeholders (internal and external) to oversee changes relating to regulatory processes.
- You’ll already have experience in leading projects and embedding change, within the HR field.
- An understanding of FCA regulations is beneficial.
