As part of the EMEA Team, the Account Director is the key connection across the Mindshare Network for PayPal to deliver best in class delivery across projects, campaigns and operations by building positive relationships with all Mindshare EMEA markets to add collaborative value to the PayPal business and further improve communication across the network.
The Ideal Candidate
- Substantial client leadership experience
- Exceptional project management and coordination skills, with a logical approach to problem solving
- Driven to build best in class processes & relationships
- Demonstrates a high degree of accuracy and numeracy in the analysis and manipulation of data
- Comfortable with the use of spreadsheets
- Organised with a high attention to detail
- Solid grasp of the traditional and digital media landscape across EMEA
- Solutions focused with a mindset towards process optimisation, both through manual processes and through technology

Responsibilities
- Drive the PayPal culture as an integrated partnership
- Support in creating and managing project roadmap and prioritisation of tasks across the team
- Supporting the team across all deliverables when needed
- Clear oversight across EMEA - on all project deliverables
- Ensure agreed processes are strictly adhered to across the Network
- Update and inform markets about relevant strategies/planning information materials
- Build a reputation as a trusted advisor for stakeholders across the Network
- Share best practice across markets
- Surface the best work within the team and promote this internally and externally via case study submissions / award entries etc.
- Keep up to date with industry and key agency partner developments in order to offer POVs
- Responsible for EMEA team finance & purchase order management/invoicing
- Management of both internal and client satisfaction surveys
