Expleo is looking to speak to experienced Human Factors Specialists to join our client in response to a wide range of exciting long-term project requests. Our client is seeking talented individuals with Human Factors experience to tackle a variety of long-term projects. These permanent positions, located in Warwick, come with great benefits and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and highly skilled technical team.

What we’re Looking For:

  • The ability to collaborate effectively with talented colleagues on engaging design and development projects with a global impact, often overseeing the process from initial specification through to launch.
  • Someone who thrives in ambiguity and uncertainty, while thoughtfully considering and clearly articulating the needs of a diverse range of users to the project team.
  • The chance to work with some of the world’s most exciting and innovative brands, tackling complex and rewarding challenges.
  • A keen interest in planning and potentially leading the human factors aspects of various projects.

What you need:

  • A formal qualification in Human Factors, User Centred Design or similar.
  • Experience of applying human factors tools within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience of planning and facilitating user studies.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Ability to work on site at the studios in Warwick at least 3 days a week.
