Full-Time Sports Coach – Mainstream Catholic Primary School Location: Balham, SW12 Contract: Full-Time / January 2025 start An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and energetic Sports Coach to join a vibrant Catholic primary school in Balham, working across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. This full-time position offers a rewarding role for someone with a passion for sports and physical education, combined with a commitment to inclusive practice. Sports Coach Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and evaluate high-quality sports and physical education sessions for KS1 and KS2 pupils, fostering a love for physical activity and promoting health and well-being. Work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure all students, including those with special educational needs (SEN), can participate fully and benefit from physical education. Support SEN children in PE lessons, adapting activities where necessary to meet their individual needs and promote inclusion. Organise and supervise extracurricular sports activities, including after-school clubs, and help plan school sporting events and competitions.
