Role: Behaviour Mentor Location: Manchester Qualiteach is currently recruiting for a skilled and experienced behaviour mentor for a secondary academy based in the Manchester area. The role will begin on 09/12/2024 and is offered on a full-time, long-term basis until the summer. The school are looking for someone who can quickly build rapport and engage with their students, helping and supporting them with various requirements. Pupils will display challenging behaviour and the chosen individual will need to have experience in this area with knowledge of de-escalation techniques. You will be working with pupils on both a 1-1 basis and in groups, engaging and supporting the students to re-integrate them into the classroom.
