We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable Aviation Supplier, who are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their team in Horsham. This pivotal role involves managing a team of 4-5 Sales Account Managers, improving processes, setting and monitoring KPIs, SLAs, and conducting one-to-one reviews. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire a team of Sales Account Managers, driving individual and team performance. Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and team objectives to ensure service excellence. Handle escalated customer issues to ensure swift and satisfactory resolutions. Analyse team statistics and performance data, compiling comprehensive reports using Excel. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve workflows. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Requirements Proven management experience, ideally leading customer service or sales account teams. Strong background in the aviation industry, with excellent product knowledge. Solid understanding of export processes and regulations. Proficiency in Excel and data analysis for reporting. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
