Join our wine team for excellent mentoring and training. We are seeking wine passionate individuals. We are opening a new restaurant in Marylebone plus we have our current restaurant Josephine Bouchon in Chelsea.

Duties include:

  • Suggesting wines to guests
  • Opening, decanting, pouring
  • Involvement in the briefing sessions
  • Receiving stock
  • Preparing the restaurant for service
  • Liaising with the wine team
