Furness Education Trust is looking to appoint a Teacher of Mathematics. The successful applicants will have excellent subject knowledge and a strong desire to engage students in learning and will assist the Subject Leader in ensuring that teaching is of the highest possible standard and that students of all abilities maximise their attainment and progress. This role is based at one of our Secondary Schools.
A recruitment and retention allowance may be available for the correct candidate. Within the department you will find committed teachers with a passion for their subject who communicate effectively to ensure the success of our students. Furness Education Trust is a multi-academy trust based in Barrow in Furness, Cumbria serving the Furness Community, located near the centre of the historic shipbuilding town, we are close to the southern boundary of the Lake District National Park. Currently comprised of seven schools including Furness Academy, Walney School and five primary schools, the Trust aims to develop best practice by collaborating and working together to give the best of everything to every child.
