Our client is seeking an adept Head of Brand with a keen eye for brand strategy, visual identity, and a track record of building brands and driving tangible results. In this role, you will collaborate across all organisational tiers and departments to unearth our unique value proposition and broadcast it to the world.
Your responsibilities will encompass delving into consumer insights, crafting innovative marketing initiatives, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Our client will rely on your creativity, strategic acumen, and demonstrated prowess in executing targeted brand campaigns to chart their company’s trajectory towards enhanced reputation and accelerated growth.
Duties:

Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights.

Articulate and propagate vision and mission.

Translate brand elements into actionable plans and go-to-market strategies.

Drive creative development to prompt audience engagement and action.

Establish performance benchmarks, cost parameters, and market forecasts.

Evaluate and report on the efficacy of all marketing endeavours, assessing ROI and KPIs.

Monitor market dynamics, conduct consumer research, and track competitors’ activities.

Supervise both new and ongoing marketing and advertising initiatives.

Monitor product distribution channels and customer responses.

Innovate growth strategies to propel the brand forward.

Align organisational efforts with the brand’s strategic direction and tactical choices.

Demonstrated experience as a Brand Manager or Head of Brand.

Proven track record in developing brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicating recommendations to senior executives.

Expertise in identifying target demographics and devising impactful campaigns.

Comprehensive understanding of the entire marketing mix.
