Your role in the Team's Success
Lead the product strategy and development for IG's trading platform and products, driving innovation in trading experiences while meeting regulatory requirements.
What you’ll do
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for IG's trading platforms and products
- Lead a team of product managers focused on trading solutions
- Drive innovation in trading experiences, tools, and features
- Identify market trends and opportunities to maintain IG's competitive advantage
- Ensure trading products meet regulatory requirements while delivering excellent user experiences
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to deliver robust trading solutions
- Analyse product performance, customer feedback, and market data to inform product decisions
- Represent the product team in executive meetings and strategic planning sessions
What you’ll need for this role
Key Qualification Requirements:
- 8+ years of product management experience with at least 4 years leading trading or financial products
- Deep understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and regulatory requirements
- Experience managing complex, regulated financial products
- Proven track record of delivering innovative digital trading solutions
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing product teams
- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
