Your responsibilities will include aiding and support with:
- Monthly Cost Value Reconciliations
- Participation in on Monthly project reviews with Contracts Director as required
- Liaising with Contracts Management and procurement teams
- Issue of problem-solving documentation including Collateral Warranties
- Assessing and certification of Sub-Contractor interim payments and Final Accounts, ensuring required Payment Pay-less notices are issued.
- Preparing, submitting and agreeing Interim Valuations.
- Assist with preparation of Extension of Time and Loss & Expense Submissions.
- Submission & Negotiation of Final Accounts
- Identification, notification and valuation
You will ideally have a Main Contractor background and project experience of £5M+:
- BSc in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum of 3/4 years post-graduate experience
- Attained or working towards membership of RICS
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- A good understanding of the construction industry and working on site
